Social media design is for everyone these days. Instead of guarding it and keeping the design decisions away from non-designers, I crafted a variety of templates, and presets to share with the marketing team. This unburdened my team and empowered our colleagues to be creative and engaged with their own work.
We wanted to streamline workflows between the marketing and UX teams, while continuing to deliver on-brand assets. We needed to create a structured workspace that marketing colleagues would be comfortable engaging with and executing autonomously from.

Training the team
Quotes from the leadership team, New Product or Insight releases, and general informational “who we are” style posts were crafted. Miniature infographics and a full image and icon library were provided alongside a straight-forward style guide. The generator was built in figma (pre-canva!) and I have trained my marketing colleagues to create them on them own.
