Objective
Gro faced a fragmented design landscape with over 40 distinct interfaces, each operating independently. This lack of cohesion led to inconsistent user experiences, inefficiencies across teams, and difficulty maintaining brand alignment at scale.

Design Solution
To address this, I led the development of a unified design system. The initiative began with discovery workshops and comprehensive UI audits to identify redundancies and pain points. Working closely with product and engineering partners, we prioritized essential components and defined clear objectives for scalability and usability. I then established modular design patterns, codified style guidelines, and built a shared documentation system. The rollout followed a phased approach with targeted onboarding and feedback loops, allowing teams to adopt and integrate the system progressively.
