Mole Street Rebrand
From audit to execution, the work focused on scalable design systems, improved UX, and CMS flexibility, all coming together in a streamlined platform that’s already pulling in stronger leads.
None of this could have been accomplished without the outstanding work and talent of the Mole Street Designers, Tina Martin and Olivia Grubb.

40+ products unified
Developed and launched a design system that standardized UI components and interactions across more than 40 internal tools and MVPs.
25% reduction in dev time
Streamlined workflows and reusable components led to faster prototyping and a 25% decrease in front-end development time.
Cross-team adoption within 3 months
Achieved full adoption across design, product, and engineering teams within the first quarter post-launch.
Project Overview

The Challenge
Mole Street needed a refreshed brand and website that reflected its evolution into a forward-thinking strategic partner in the HubSpot Partner ecosystem. The existing digital presence lacked cohesion, usability, and the flexibility to support growth and lead generation.
My Role
Lead UX and Visual Designer
Design Solution

Foundation: Establishing Visual and Structural Consistency

Components: Built for Complexity and Clarity
Gro’s products handle dense, technical data. I designed modular UI components specifically for these needs—high-performance tables, filter systems, and chart containers—ensuring they were accessible, responsive, and easy to implement. The focus was on function without visual clutter.
Collaboration: Embedding Design Across Teams
The system was co-developed with engineering and product stakeholders through live reviews, spec pairing, and shared documentation. This approach helped ensure that what we built was usable, scalable, and well-integrated into Gro’s development pipeline.
